ESM will prompt you to install any missing plugins when logging in. Internet Explorer uses the Embedded Media Player plugin by default to play live video and the FBGST plugin to play recorded video. You can check your current Internet Explorer version by clicking the gear icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen and then selecting “About Internet Explorer.” Installing the Plugins Internet Explorer 11 cannot be installed on Windows XP or older versions of Windows. If Internet Explorer 11 is not installed on the machine you are using, it can be downloaded directly from Microsoft’s website or through Windows updates.
